Wine list 2011

The wines I have included in the restaurant wine list have been personally selected over 14 years of research in this field. I have always given special attention to small wine growers, who have been able to transfer a real soul and an excellent quality to their wines since they worked personally in the winery. Every year I add new wines to the section of wine producers who don’t use any synthetic substances on the vineyards and during the production of natural wine.
